Introduction
This page allow a GP to record the consultation details.
This page consists of 3 sections:
Each of these sections consists of 2 sub-sections:
Read-Only Section
- Option:'Edit Option'
- Allow you to select one of the records(rows) in this section.
- The selected row will appear for in the Write session
- Button:'Edit Row'
- After selecting a row by clicking on one of the Radio buttons:'Edit Option', click this button to comfirm.

- After this button is clicked. The selected row will appear in the Write section for editing.

Write Section
- Option:'Insert New Record' OR Option:'Update Record'
- Selected by unchecking or checking the appropriate check box.
- 'Insert New Record' option is for creating a new entry.
- 'Update' option is for modifying an existing entry.
- 'Insert New Record' option is for creating a new entry.
- Button:'Update'
- After selection the Option:'Insert New Record' OR Option:'Update Record', click this to start saving updating or inserting a record to the database.
- Each field's name can found in the Read Only Section in the corresponing columns.

Consultation Session
- This consistion of 2 sub-sections, namely 'A' and 'B'.
- Consultation_Closed
- GP has to enter 'Y' to the this column and after the consultation end. So that billing can take place later on.
- New Session?
- GP has to enter 'N' to this column, so that this session will not be allocated to a new GP as a fresh session by the system.

Problem and Complain
- Problem No.:
- this identified a 'Problem And Complain' entry. This number is specified in a 'Prescription' entry to link it to this 'Problem And Complain' entry.
- this number is auto-generated by the system upon creating a new entry.

Prescription
- Medicine Item No.: Entered the a Medicine Item No. found at the Medicine List. This number will used by the system to identified the medicine prescribed.
- Problem No.: Entered the a Problem No. found at the 'Problem And Complain' section which is linked to this 'Prescription'.entry.
- Stock No.: This is a hidden field. A Stock No. with be automatically updated by the system which will search for the appropriate medicine stock avialable.
