The users includes workers and supervisor of factories, 24/7 convenience shops, fastfood restraunant etc. This worker can be part-time or full-time and usually working on shift work. Their supervisors need to schedule their working time on a regular basis and also on a ad-hoc basis. New schedule or changes need to be communicate to their workers. Worker desires to ammend or propose shift work will need to communicated to their supervisors.
